‘Investment Corporation of Bangladesh’ signed a trust deed with ‘HF Asset Management Limited’, recently to execute the “HFAML Shariah
Unit Fund”.
The trust deed signing ceremony took place at the ICB head office at BDBL Bhaban Rajuk Avenue in the capital.
ICB will act as the trustee of the fund. The initial size of the fund is Tk. 20 (twenty) crore and the face value is Tk. 10.00 (ten) per unit.
Md. Abul Hossain, Managing Director of ICB and Md. Fayekuzzaman, Managing Director and CEO of HF Asset Management Ltd. signed the trust deed on behalf of their respective organizations.
High official of the both organizations were present at the programme.
