Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited provided Tk.10 (ten) crore to the “Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Trust” marking the birth centenary celebration of Bangabandhu. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received the cheque from Professor Md. Nazmul Hassan, Ph.D, Chairman and Md. Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank at Ganobhaban on Monday.
A H M Mustafa Kamal, FCA, MP, Finance Minister and Md. Nazrul Islam Mazumder, Chairman, Bangladesh Association of Banks (BAB) along with the Chairmen and top executives of different banks were present in the program.
