Final match of Islami Bank Cricket Tournament 2019 organized by Islami Bank Officers’ Welfare Association (IBOWA) was held at Bangladesh Krira Sikkha Protishtan (BKSP) field on Saturday. Dhaka Central Zone won the Champions Trophy beating Noakhali Zone by 8 wickets. Md. Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank distributed prizes among the winners of the tournament.
Mohammed Monirul Moula, Additional Managing Director addressed the function as special guest. Abu Reza Md. Yeahia and Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Deputy Managing Directors, Heads of different zones, AKM Mahbub Morshed, President and ASM Rezaul Karim, General Secretary of IBOWA along with other executives and officials from head office and zones were present on the occasion. Zone level matches started in November 2019.
Quarter finals, semi finals and final matches were organized at BKSP ground on 17-18 January 2020.
