Noted actress Subarna Mustafa has won the hearts of the audience with her well-performed performances in drama, telefilm and cinema. Today is her birthday. However, she has no special plans for thos special day. Like other days, Subarna Mustafa will celebrate the day with everyone in her family.
In this regard, Subarna Mustafa said, “To me every day is a special day and every work is special. There is no way for me to avoid one for the other. However, even though today is my birthday I don’t have anything on my schedule. Those who are very close celebrate this day in a special way. This is what I like most about it. I want everyone to pray for me so that god might keep me well and healthy.”
The first commercial movie starring Subarna Mustafa was Kazi Zahir's ‘Notun Bou’. In this movie she played the role of protagonist. The actress received the National Film Award for her first ever performance in a commercial cinema.
But she did not receive the award for the best side character by acting as a title character. After many years, again Subarna Mustafa has received the National Film Award. This time she is being given this award for the best side character once again. She has been awarded the Best side character award for 'Gahin Baluchar' directed by Badrul Anam Soud.
Suborna Mustafa will receive the award from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on December 8.
Subarna Mustafa said, “Our movie has won the National Film Award in seven categories. The matter is undoubtedly very joyful. We are grateful to the audience that they have enjoyed our movie and that they are still enjoying the movie on YouTube. We are constantly getting responses about this.”
Subarna Mustafa is currently acting in a regular drama series of 'Lukochuri Lukuchuri Galpo', aired on BTV, directed by Badrul Anam Soud.
