You seem to be in the middle of shooting. There is a lot of background noise.
You’re right. I am now shooting for a drama in Uttara's sector four. The name of the drama is 'Priyo Kobita'. Salha Khanam Nadia is acting opposite me. I am enjoying the work. Sardar Rokon is directing it. Mahtab Hossain wrote the script.
Are you a poet in the drama?
I am a poet in the story of the drama. Besides writing poetry, I am a rebellious person here. The story follows the different events that take place in the life of a poet. I personally like poetry very much. I wish I could write poetry in real life. But I can't write poetry. I write daily in my diary about my own life experiences.
You write your life experience in your diary. Do you intend to publish a autobiography in the future?
I can’t say much right now. Only time will tell. I can talk about my personal life in confidence but not to a journalist.
I heard that you are in a relationship.
I won’t lie about that. I admit that I have a girlfriend. I don’t want to say anything more on the subject.
I want to know about your new film ‘Jinn’.
We have finished shooting the movie and dubbing as well . I'm really excited to be working on ‘Jinn’ Personally I am very satisfied with the whole project. Pooja Cherry has worked with me on it. Roshan and Mun also acted in the film directed by Nader Chowdhury.
How was your experience working on the film?
I didn’t work on any drama for four months as I was busy with this film. I had to go into a 200-year-old dirty well in Manikganj while shooting. After shooting in the dirty well, I had skin infection all over my body. Still, it was fun working on the film. I believe everyone will love the movie. The film will be released on Valentine’s Day.
