A man did not like the food cooked by his wife, so he poured kerosene on his wife and set her on fire. The incident took place in Indore area of Madhya Pradesh, India.

According to the police, most of parts of the body were burnt in the fire and the condition of the victims is critical. In her own statement, the victim said that the marital quarrel between them was going on occasionally but it reached its climax on the day of the incident.
As soon as she sat down to eat, her husband Arvind Singh started complaining about cooking. She repeatedly apologized to calm himdown and then told her to cook the food of his choice.
But before she knew it, Arvind brought a jar full of kerosene, poured it on him and set him on fire.
