Huawei has extended warranty period of its smartphones, tabs and smart accessories to a certain timeframe for the convenience of customers in this unwanted situation rendered by deadly COVID-19 pandemic.
The company has extended the warranty of those devices, which are expiring during the period of this ongoing general holidays, starting from March 26, said a press release on Thursday.
To avail this benefit, customers must contact the Huawei Service Center within 15 working days after the end of the general holiday period. All Huawei authorized brands and 18 service centers have been closed during the general holidays announced by the government to avoid social transmission of coronavirus.
However, the hotline service of Huawei service center is available to keep customer service uninterrupted. The service will be available from Saturday to Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm at this toll free number 08000777777.
