The results of HSC and equivalent examinations will be published next Sunday. This information has been given in a notification sent from the Ministry of Education on Thursday.
The results of HSC, Alim, HSC Vocational, HSC Business Management (BM) and Diploma-in-Commerce examinations will be published on February 13 in 2022.
Earlier on Thursday, Education Minister Dipu Moni told reporters at a programme at Gulshan Shooting Club in the capital that the results of HSC and equivalent examinations would be given according to the schedule of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Later, Sunday has been fixed for the results of HSC and equivalent examinations.
It has been learnt that the chairpersons of all the education boards will present the summary to the Prime Minister at 10am on the day of results in the presence of the education minister. The results will be officially announced at a press conference at noon. The Prime Minister will be virtually attending the ceremony.
Due to the pandemic, HSC and equivalent examinations of 2021 are taken in short syllabus. This time, 13 lakh 99 thousand candidates took part in HSC and equivalent examinations. Although the results were supposed to be given out in the last week of January or the first week of February this year, there was a delay in evaluating the results of various centers outside the country.
According to the Board of Education, the results have been prepared after dealing with all complications.
