Honorable President,
On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of Bangladesh, I would like to, on behalf of the government and the people of China and in my own narne, extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes to you and to the friendly people of Bangladesh.
The friendship between china and Bangladesh boasts a long history and only becomes more vibrant with the passage of time. During the past 45 years since our diplomatic ties were established, China and Bangladesh have always been respecting each other on an equal footing, strengthening political mutual trust and deepening mutually-beneficial cooperation, which brings tangible benefîts to our two peoples. Since the outbreak of the covlD-lg pandemic, china and Bangladesh have been in the same boat and had each other's back. We fight against the pandemic shoulder by shoulder, writing a whole ne\M chapter of China-Bangladesh friendship. :
Setting great store by the development of our bilateral relations, I am willing to work with Your Excellency to further synergize our development strategies, jointly push forward the Belt and Road Initiative, and elevate china-Bangladesh strategic Partnership of Cooperation to new heights.
I wish Bangladesh great prosperity and her people happiness and peace.
I hope that China-Bangladesh friendship will be passed on for generations and last forever.
