Hospitals have no enough instruments for dyspnea

Director (Operations) of Unitex Group Md Zobaidul Islam Chowdhury has said that said that one of the most serious problems faced by patients infected with Covid-19 is shortness of breath as well as dyspnea. Not every hospital has enough of the instruments needed to eliminate shortness of breath.

He said these while speaking at a handover ceremony as the chief guest at Faridpur Medical College Hospital (FMCH) on Tuesday. 

High-flow heated respiratory humidifier was handed over to FMCH at the event held at FMCH’s conference room at the courtesy of Unitex LP Gas Ltd. 

Dr Md  Saifur Rahman, Director of Faridpur Medical College Hospital, presided over the programme, while Unitex LP Gas Ltd. and Unitex Cylinder Ltd. Project Director AH Rahman along with Unitex LP Gas Ltd. Chief Marketing Officer Md. Masuduzzaman were present as special guest. Dr. Saifur Rahman, Director of FMCH, also spoke at the event. 

In his speech, Dr Saifur Rahman said that there is yet no medicine for the treatment of patients suffering from corona. Continuous oxygen flow is needed to keep their breathing normal. Which facility was not sufficiently available in FMCH. Unitex Group has come forward to help in this regard.
