Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide home loans at attractive interest rate of 9.5 percent for Bproperty customers.
According to the MoU, customers of Bproperty will be able to avail an attractive interest rate of 9.5 percent for home loans from Dutch-Bangla Bank. Customers will enjoy a 9 percent interest rate on home loans if they are transferred from other banks. They will have to pay 1 percent processing fee, said a press release.
The MoU between Bproperty and Dutch-Bangla Bank was signed at Bproperty office at Gulshan in Dhaka. Mark Nosworthy, CEO of Bproperty and Khalid Bin Rahman, First Vice President & CC Head of Dutch-Bangla Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
On behalf of Dutch-Bangla Bank, Abedur Rahman Sikder, SEVP & Chief Retail & SME Business Officer, Rashedul Huq – Vice President, Md Hasanuzzaman – FAVP & Regional Head of National Sales, Mohammad Mosarraf Hossain – FAVP & Regional Head of Branch Sales and Md Mostafizur Rahman – Executive Office for Product & Business Development have participated at the ceremony. On the other hand, bproperty’s Head of Operations Khondoker Rejbeen Ahsan and Corporate Business Manager Md Zaidul Islam were present at the ceremony.
