Former Managing Director of Bangladesh Krishi Bank, Md. Helal Uddin has recently been appointed as the Director of Janata Bank Limited.
He started his banking career in 1985 by joining Janata Bank as a senior officer. Later he was promoted as the Deputy Managing Director (DMD) in the same bank.
Through the different stages of his banking career he discharged duties in different capacities such as Area and Divisional Heads, head of Foreign Trade, Industrial, General and Rural Credit Division at the head office of the bank.
Md. Helal took part in different seminars, symposiums and training programs at home and abroad. He obtained post-graduation degree from the Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka in the year 1981. Md. Helal Uddin was born at Baufal Upazial in Patuakhali in 1957.
