Rangamati, Sitakunda, Comilla, Chandpur, Noakhali, Feni, Moulvibazar, Pabna and Dhaka and Rajshahi, Khulna and Barisal divisions are experiencing mild to moderate heat waves and may subside in some places.

The light pressure in the East-Central Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas has condensed in the same area and has become a clear light pressure. It can condense into depression and subsequently turn into deep depression and cyclones.
Meteorologists fear that cyclone Yash will hit Khulna and the coasts of West Bengal and Orissa in India on May 26.
A special warning, signed by meteorologist Shahinul Islam of the Meteorological Department, said that the light pressure created in and around the East Central Bay of Bengal has become more concentrated and has become a clear light pressure.
