Rejecting the bail plea of Md Salauddin, an accomplice of fugitive accused in illegal casino business case Mominul Haque Sayeed, the High Court has ordered him to surrender to the trial court within three weeks.
The HC bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice SM Mujibur Rahman issued the order on Monday after a hearing on a petition filed for Salauddin’s anticipatory bail.
