As a part of the government’s ongoing development projects in various sectors, the government along with Bangladesh railway is working to bring Haor regions of Sunamganj and Netrokona districts under the railway network to boost regional connectivity further.
Establishing communications in the Haor regions have always been a stern task. Therefore, the authorities concerned want to introduce train service in the Sunamganj and Netrokona’s Haor regions.
The project certainly is a challenge for the government. The feasibility of constructing the proposed railway from Chhatak to Sunamganj should be examined and monitored properly. This project will certainly play an important role in the development of the Haor areas.

Therefore, government should make sure that only the right person qualified enough should get employed.
