The authorities of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) have signed an MoU with Grammenphone Limited to provide two low cost internet packages for the students of the university to continue online education.
On February, this information is known from a notice issued from Registrar Office of the university.
According to the notice, the NSTU has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Grameenphone Limited to provide SIM to each students which will cost Tk 10. By using the sim, the students can avail 2 Internet packages, 10 GB in 90 tk and 30 GB in 210 tk and validity of these packages are 31 days.
It also mentioned in the notice that, the students have to submit photocopy of their id card to the Assistant Registrar of the Cyber Center, Mohammad Mostafa Anwar. The price of sim will pay from the university and the students will get it free of cost, said in the notice.
