Govt waiting for verdict of Rana Plaza case: Enamur

State Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Dr Enamur Rahman Wednesday said the government is waiting for verdict of the Rana Plaza case filed over tragic collapse of Rana Plaza building, causing deaths to over 1000 people on April 24, 2013, reports BSS.

The state minister made the remark while he was talking to journalists after a view exchange meeting with leaders of Savar local unit of Awami League here.

Dr Enamur said the government has provided financial assistances to the victim families of the tragic Rana plaza incident.

About terrorism and militancy, he said the present government led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has rooted out militancy from the country. Over 1000 people died and at least 1,000 others were injured severely in the Rana Plaza collapse on April 24 in 2013.
