Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Kazi Mahabubul Alam has held a view exchange meeting with the candidates in five upazilas of Gopalganj ahead of the sixth Upazila Parishad Election on May 8.
The meeting was organised at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner on Thursday. The DC discussed the issue of electoral code of conduct with the candidates

Additional Deputy Commissioner (overall) and returning officer (2nd phase of election) Md Golam Kabir chaired the meeting. Gopalganj District Election Officer and returning officer (1st phase of election) Muhammad Faizul Mollah, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Md Khairul Alam, Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohsin Uddin, Gopalganj Sadar Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Anisur Rahman, Tungipara Thana OC Khandaker Aminur Rahman, Kotalipara Thana OC Md Firoz Alam, Kashiani Thana OC Md Zillur Rahman, Muksudpur Thana OC Md Ashraful Alam and journalists of different print and electronic media, among others, were present.
