We express deep concern about Israel’s escalation of war on Gaza, that continued leaving death and devastation across the besieged strip.
At least 700 Palestinians have been killed on Sunday – one of the highest daily death tolls since the war began on October 7. Hundreds of Palestinians have been killed in Israeli air raids in Gaza as the Israeli army ordered more areas in and around the enclave’s second-largest city of Khan Younis to evacuate.
After a seven-day truce ended on Friday, the Israel resumed bombardment. Israel has killed more than 15,200 Palestinians in Gaza attacks since October 7, according to international news agencies and newspapers.
More than 1.5 million people have been displaced, most of them from northern Gaza, since Israel launched a military offensive on October 7 in the wake of a deadly Hamas attack. The return to open warfare after a truce between Israel and Hamas broke down has had ripple effects around a region on the cusp of a wider conflagration.
We saw international concern mounting over the spiralling civilian death toll on the third day after the end of a week-long truce. We cannot find words strong enough to express our concern over what we are witnessing.

But, ignoring world leaders call Israel has vowed to destroy Palestine people. And the Israel’s army, after focusing on northern Gaza in recent weeks, has struck more targets in the territory's south and issued warnings to Palestinians trapped there to seek what it said would be safe zones.
So, too many innocent Palestinians have been killed. Hospitals in the Gaza city overflowed with both the wounded and the dead. Some are being treated on the floor, screaming in pain.
Gazans are short of food, water and other essentials, and many homes have been destroyed. The world community should firmly say ‘No’ to all wars and conflicts to protect mankind and humanity.
We have been witnessing in Palestine a merciless, genocidal slaughter of thousands of men and women and tragically innocent children. All these monstrous acts have stunned the world, intensified global distress, and slowed worldwide economic progress. We are urging all the esteemed world leaders to call with one voice for an instant ceasefire in Gaza and for an immediate, unhindered flow of humanitarian relief to the suffering victims. Trust deficit among nations and lack of respect for international laws have led to the ongoing war in Europe and carnage in Palestine. There is no alternative but get united to put an end to the conflicts.
