Shafiqul Islam was the first runner-up of the reality show ‘Gaaner Raja’ on Channel i. He has already released two songs and music videos composed by Imran under the banner of CMV. Since then he has been a regular singer. This time for the first time in his career, Shafiqul voiced a song for a television drama.
The song is titled 'Premer Poka', written and composed Avral Shahir. The song will be featured in the special drama 'Popular Premik' which was written and directed by Shoikot Raja. Tawsif Mahbub and Tasnia Farin played the lead roles drama with screenplay by Bulbul Masood.
The shooting of the drama has recently ended. The recording of the song has also been completed. CMV's production of 'Popular Premik' is slated to release on March 16th on the official YouTube channel of the company. The song of the drama is being released separately, said roducer SK Shahed Ali Pappu.
