“Life’s only true consolation lies in how responsibly one fulfills their duties before departure,” said Professor Dr. Bidhan Ranjan Roy Poddar, Adviser to the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.

Speaking as the chief guest at a views exchange meeting on improving primary education held Saturday night at the Satkhira Deputy Commissioner’s conference room, Dr. Poddar urged primary school teachers to work with sincerity and dedication.

He said, “A person may deceive others but can never deceive themselves. Hence, every teacher must perform their duties with honesty and commitment.”

Referring to Silver Jubilee Government Primary School in Satkhira, he noted that its academic quality has significantly improved. “If we can fully utilize the resources and strength of the primary education community,” he added, “our main goal of developing students’ competencies will be achieved.”

Masud Rana, Secretary of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education; Superintendent of Police Monirul Islam; District Primary Education Officer Ruhul Amin; former President of Satkhira Press Club Momtaz Ahmed Bappy; and current President Abul Kashem, among others.
