FU-WANG FOODS LTD. held its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Tuesday.
Professor Md. Abul Kashem, Chairman of Fu-Wang Foods Limited presided over the AGM.
The Shareholders adopted financial statement of the company for the year ended 30 June 2023.
Professor Md. Abul Kashem, while addressing, said that the Board of the Fu-Wang Foods has been trying to improve the business, also undertakes a strategic business plan for growth and enhancing strength of the company.
Rafiqul Hasan Khan said, within a short period of time we were able to improve the quality of the company. He hoped to continue this trend in the future and may able to pay dividend.
