The 24thAnnual General Meeting ofFU-WANG FOODS LTD. was held on Tuesday through digital platform due to pandemic situation.
The company Chairman Abdul Quaderpresided over the Meeting. Among others Dr. Arif Ahmed Chowdhury CIP, Managing Director; AfsanaTarannum, Director; QuaziTafazzal Hossain, Independent Director; Sayed Jishan, Independent Director were also present.
Md. Sharif Al Mahmood, Company Secretary coordinated the meeting. Reasonable number of shareholders joined at the virtual meeting.
The Shareholder sunanimously approved1.65% cash dividend for the year ended 30 June2020. The Shareholders also expressed their satisfaction for diligent Management for the success and continued growth of the company.
