The 23rdAnnual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank Limited held on Wednesday by using digital platform.
The meeting was presided over by Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of First Security Islami Bank Limited.
Among others,Professor Dr. Mohammad Gias Uddin Talukder, Chairman of Shariah Council, Members of the Board of Directors, Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director, Oli Kamal FCS, Company Secretary and significant number of Shareholders of the bank were also participated in the aforesaid meeting.
In the AGM, 5% Cash Dividend and 5% Stock Dividend (Bonus Share) have been approved to the Shareholders for the year 2021.
