The orientation program of newly admitted students in Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) has been held in the university's Hazi Mohammad Idris Auditorium on Wednesday. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Md Didar-ul-Alam was present as the chief guest. Among others, Registrar Professor Md. Mominul Huq, Treasurer Professor Dr. Mohammed Faruque Uddin, former Vice-Chancellor Prof Abul Hossain, Deans of different faculties, chairmen of the departments and newly admitted students were also present.
In his speech, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Md. Didar-ul-Alam instructed the new students to follow the rules of the university and to concentrate on their studies. In addition, Registrar Professor Md. Mominul Huq, Treasurer Professor Dr. Mohammed Faruque Uddin, Former Vice-Chancellor Prof Abul Hossain, Proctor Professor Dr. Newaz Mohammed Bahadur, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Professor Dr Muhammed Yusuf Miah also delivered their speech in the orientation program.
