Retired Director General of Bangladesh Water Development Board Engineer Abul Kalam Azad passed away on Tuesday, July 28 in the morning at a hospital in Bogura (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilahi Raziun).
He joined Bangladesh Water Development Board in 1986 as an Assistant Engineer and retired in 2009 as the Director General of the Board.
Officials and employees of all levels of the Water Development Board are deeply saddened by his death.
