Former Alamdanga UZ chairman dies at age 101

Mukbular Rah­man, founder president of Chua­danga Press Club and former Chair­man of Alam­danga Upazila Parishad, died at the age of 101. 

He breathed his last at Chuadanga Sadar Hospital at about 8:00 pm on Thursday (January 21). Mukbular Rahman was buried in Munsigonj graveyard at Munsigonj village under Alamdanga upazila of  Chuadanga district after his Namaz-e-Janaza held on Friday. 

He left behind his wife, one son, four daughters and a host of relatives of well-wishers to mourn his death. 

According to family sources, he was suffering from different diseases as the old-age complications. He became sick of January 20 and got admission into Chuadanga Sadar Hospital for treatment.
