A road show on safe food was inaugurated at Shalikha Upazila Parishad premises in Magura on Wednesday on the occasion of Mujib Year.
Shalikha Upazila Nirbahi Officer Golam Mohammad Baten inaugurated the program as the chief guest.
Magura Safe Food Officer Riyad Raihan Abir, Magura Press Club secretary Shameem Ahmed were also present on the occasion. Documentary images were displayed at the inauguration site on the occasion.
Besides, masks and leaflets were distributed among the people present. Organizers said the Caravan Road Show, an awareness campaign on food safety, is an ongoing program in the field of public awareness. This road show will tour all over the district.
