The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of First Security Islami Bank Limited was held at Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka on Monday.
The meeting was presided over by Mohammed Abdul Maleque, vice chairman, Board of Directors of the bank, said a press release.
At the meeting, 10 per cent stock dividend (bonus share) was approved for in the AGM for the shareholders.
Among others, Members of the Board of Directors, and Syed Waseque Md.
Ali, managing director, and Oli Kamal, FCS, SVP & company secretary and a large number of shareholders of the bank were also present on the occasion.
