First aid training held in Ctg

Primary knowledge about first aid kits and self-care is essential for rural students, especially in the current Covid-19 epidemic situation.

A self-funded non-profit voluntary organization, General Health Care for rural students provided health and hygiene training on the use of first aid kits to raise awareness for preventing the spread of Covid-19 in Chattogram on Tuesday.

24 students and 5 teachers received full training during the programme held at Charandwip Allama Ashiur Rahman Academy in Boalkhali Charandwip Durbar Sharif in Chattogram.

The session was chaired by the founding Chairman of the organization Dr. Ashish Kumar Chowdhury and coordinated by Secretary-General Md. Tajul Islam Raju. 

Experienced trainees Dr. Satyam Sarkar and Dr. Asim Kumar Chowdhury conducted the training activities. Sheikh Abu Mohammad Shahidullah Faruqi was present as the chief guest and Daily Purbokone Reporter Sakander Alam Babar was the special guest.
