Two filling stations have been fined for providing trucks carrying food items from outside the district with parking facilities as well as the drivers and helpers with accommodation in Thakurgaon on Monday.

Thakurgaon Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Abdullah Al-Mamun fined those two petrol pumps named Sonali Filling Station and Enamul Filling Station in the district town.

Various trucks carrying food materials and daily necessities coming from outside the district instead of returning parked their vehicles at those filing stations and the drivers or helpers of those trucks got the opportunity to roam around the town.
