A film to be made on Superstar Shakib Khan’s life and how he becomes the King Khan of Dhallywood on director FI Manik’s upcoming film titled 'Story of Shakib Khan'. On Thursday December 23 the director has registered it with the Film Directors Association.
Regarding the context FI Manik said, ‘there was a long pause in the production of the film. This time I am planning to break it and start work. So I want to keep the starting work as a surprise. In the meantime, I have decided of making a biopic about Shakib Khan. I have registered the name of the film in the board of directors. I want to start a new job with this film.'
About the story of the film, FI Manik said that the story of the film revolves around an important part of the life of Shakib Khan, the main protagonist of Dhallywood film. There will be no story of Shakib Khan's childhood and adolescence. There will be stories of becoming a popular and main hero of the country from just before he started working in film.
However, it has not been decided yet who will play the role of Shakib Khan. According to the producer, actress Apu Biswas will be in the story as one of Shakib Khan's heroines. No final decision has been made on who will play the lead role. The producer wants to start work early in the New Year. Manik said that he has already talked to Shakib Khan.
About superstar Shakib Khan: He is a four-time National Film Award winner and was born on March 28, 1979 in Raghdi, Muksudpur upazila of Gopalganj. However, due to his father's job, he spent his childhood and adolescence in Narayanganj. His real name is Masud Rana. Father Abdur Rob was a government employee, mother Nurjahan was a housewife. He has one brother and one sister.
