FBCCI ties with Bangladesh Business Council Dubai to expand investment opportunities

The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) and the Bangladesh Business Council Dubai have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand business opportunities. 

The agreement was signed recently at the Conference Hall of Al Haramain Group of Companies, the largest Bangladeshi company in Dubai. 

Md. Jasim Uddin, President of FBCCI and Mohammad Mahtabur Rahman, President of Bangladesh Business Council Dubai and Chairman and Managing Director of Al Haramain Group of Companies and Chairman of NRB Bank signed the agreement on behalf of the both organizations.

Mohammad Mahtabur Rahman presided over the function while Prof. Shibli Rubayet-ul-Islam, Chairman, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) was present as the Chief Guest and Md. Jasim Uddin, President, FBCCI was the Special Guest. Prof. Shibli Rubayet-ul-Islam, Chairman, BSIC, said that it is possible to do business in Dubai from anywhere in the world, so it is essential to set up a trade center in Dubai.

Md. Jasim Uddin, President of FBCCI said that FBCCI will provide all necessary assistance to promote the business sectors of Bangladesh.

Besides, Mohammad Mahtabur Rahman, President of Bangladesh Business Council Dubai and Chairman and Managing Director of Al Haramain Group of Companies and Chairman of NRB Bank, emphasized on the establishment of trade centers in Dubai and it will be easy to operate business all over the world.

Md. Ayub Ali Babul, Senior Vice President, Md. Saifuddin Ahmed, General Secretary and Md. Raja Mallick, Vice President of Bangladesh Business Council, Dubai were present on the occasion along with the delegation of FBCCI.
