Fair Electronics Limited has received the President's Industrial Development Award.
Fair Group Director Mutassim Dayan received the award from Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun on behalf of President Abdul Hamid in a colorful ceremony organized at the capital’s Osmani Memorial Auditorium recently.
Fair Electronics Limited won the first award as a successful entrepreneur in the Hi-Tech industry category. This award is given for making important contributions to the economy of the country including setting up industries in the private sector, producing goods, creating employment and increasing national income.
State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Majumdar and FBCCI President Md. Jashim Uddin were present on the occasion as special guests. Industry Ministry Secretary Zakia Sultana presided over the function.
It should be noted that Fair Electronics Limited has built its world-class industrial factory at Shivpur in Narsingdi. This factory is producing smartphones and consumer electronics products of the world’s best brand Samsung.
