Experts at a discussion on Friday stressed ensuring the supply chain management through proper Information and technological utilization amid the turbulent situation prevailing.
The said Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Thinking, and Blockchain management in the health sector and geo-political region help to achieve balanced aggregate demand and aggregate supply.
The discussion was held virtually on IT trends in Supply chain management organized by the Entrepreneurial Economists Club, Dhaka School of Economics.
Speakers also observed that Bangladesh is doing well through supply chain management as the country is fast moving toward the digitization process and trying to transform the country into a smart Bangladesh. As a keynote speaker Tannisha Kundu, Assistant Professor, Amity University, India argued that Condition Monitoring: Monitoring the environmental conditions Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali argued that Bangladesh's economy is transformative from semi-traditional measures to IT intensive economy due to the modernization process under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the last 15 years.
As Bangladesh will graduate from LDC status by 2026, it is essential to supply chain management within the country that needs to be disturbed by global turbulent situations.
He hoped that supply chain management would get extra pace when the country fully adopted the SMART scenario.
