Spice Television, a new private satellite channel, has started its journey with the 'making phase'. The experimental broadcast of the channel started at 2 pm on Thursday.
Spice Television's Editor-in-Chief Tushar Abdullah confirmed the matter. “The broadcast has started. We are calling it the making phase,” he said.
Earlier, Tushar Abdullah wrote in a post on social media, “The making phase started in 1971. That journey of victory has reached the milestone of 50 years. One victory paves the way for a new victory. Bangladesh is moving towards the fulfillment of the dream by 2021 that we had in 1971 under the leadership of Bangabandhu.”
He further wrote, “For the first time in Bangladesh, we are going to give the audience the gift of economic news-based television.
From the grassroots entrepreneurs to the initiatives of the big investors in the country and abroad, the television will broadcast everything including the success, demand and rights of the consumers.”
He expressed gratitude to those who have been lovingly cooperating with them in reaching this milestone.
