A female student of Dhaka University filed another  case against  Nurul Haque Nur, former vice president of Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) under the Digital Security Act.

The case was filed with the Cyber Tribunal in Dhaka on Wednesday noon.

Talking to the reporters, Shamim Al Mamun, bench assistant of the tribunal, confirmed it.

According to the case statement, Nur shared a video on his Facebook on October 11 and called the female student a characterless woman.

After the hearing, Dhaka Cyber Tribunal Judge Mohammad Ash Sams Joglul Hossain took cognisance of the case and recorded the statement of the complainant.

The court also ordered Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to investigate the case.

The judge fixed November 29 for submitting the investigation report.

Earlier, the same student  filed three more cases against Nur and five others under the Women and Children Repression and Prevention Act and the Digital Security Act.
