The country's renowned housing construction company Epic Properties Limited is about to enter 20 years.
On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Epic Properties launched the 7-day 'Epic Monsoon Blast 2022' at SA Siddiqui Park, a condominium project located on Chanmari Road of Lalkhan Bazar in the city from Saturday in an effort to showcase its ongoing projects to the public.
Chairman of Chattogram Development Authority (CDA) M Zahirul Alam Dubash was the chief guest at the opening ceremony of the fair under the slogan 'Our accommodation with all the facilities of noise free modern living system within the city'. At this time, Epic Properties Limited Chairman Engineer SM Lokman Kabir, Managing Director Engineer SM Abu Sufian, Director Engineer Anwar Hossain and other invited guests were present.
Managing Director of Epic Properties Engineer SM Abu Sufian said that along with modern urbanization, Epic is building projects with all modern facilities keeping in mind the needs of customers. He urged everyone to come to the fair and see these beautiful structures.
Chattogram Development Authority (CDA) Chairman M Zahirul Alam Dubash said that Epic Properties will play a further role in the development of the city and requested to contribute more to the housing industry in building a self-reliant Bangladesh. Later he inaugurated the fair by cutting the cake.
BRAC Bank, Bank Asia and DBH are participating in the fair as financial subsidiaries of the housing sector.
