Managing Director of Epic Properties Limited Engineer SM Abu Sufian said these things in a press conference organized on the occasion of 20 years of Epic Properties at S Rahman Hall of Chattogram Press Club on Tuesday afternoon.
He said, even in adverse times like the global pandemic in 2020, we have handed over apartments to customers as per our promise. We have been adamant that the respect and trust of customers and well-wishers is of utmost importance.
Epic Properties Limited has built more than 2,500 flats in this 20 year journey. Each flat is earthquake resistant and constructed in full compliance with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNCC). Which is recognized as a symbol of trust among our esteemed customers.
Abu Sufian said, in place of country and social responsibility, the Epic family is not only limited to housing construction, but is also working to meet the basic needs of people.
