FBCCI President Mahbubul Alam on Saturday stressed ensuring quality of food and their reasonable prices.
He said the traditional Mezbani and Kebab items of Chattogram bear a long time heritage, these are very popular and delicious so they need to be spread all over the country.
The newly elected FBCCI President made the remarks while addressing the formal inauguration of the ‘Grand Taj Restaurant’ at the Paltan area in the capital.
Daily Vorer Kagoj Editor and President of the National Press Club, Shayamol Dutta attended the inauguration as special guest with the Managing Director of the Restaurant Monsur Ali Chowdhury in the chair.
President of Chattogram Samity, Dhaka, Joynul Abedin Jamal , Additional Secretary, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Ashim Kumar Dey , Director of FBCCI, Rakibul Alam local elites and a number of business leaders attended inauguration as guests.
