A tri-partite “Supplemental Agreement to the Block 12 Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for Bibiyana Flank Area Extension" among Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Petrobangla and Chevron Bangladesh and another agreement between Petrobangla and Chevron Bangladesh on “Amendment of Jalalabad Gas and Condensate Purchase & Sales Agreement & Amendment of Moulavibazar Condensate Purchase & Sales Agreement for Block 13 & 14” were signed in a ceremony on Sunday at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital.
Chairman of Petrobangla, Nazmul Ahsan Prodhan attended the signing ceremony as chief guest while Additional Secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Division, Dr. Md. Helal Uddin ndc was present as special guest.
Deputy Secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Division Morsheda Ferdous, Secretary of Petrobangla (Sr. General Manager) Ruchira Islam and President and Managing Director of Cevron Bangladesh, Erick Mwalker signed the agreements on behalf of the respective organizations.
Petrobangla Director (PSC) Engr. Md. Shahinur Islam, President and Managing Director of Chevron, Erick Mwalker and Corporate Affairs Director Muhammad Imrul Kabir Sarker and senior officials concerned were also present on the occasion.
