State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak pointed out that to build Bangabandhu's discrimination-free ideal Bangladesh, it is needed to create educated people by enlightening them with the light of education. Technology and Ten Minute School platform will be used to eliminate disparity between rural-urban, rich-poor. He said that everyone will get the opportunity of modern education through this.
The Minister of State said these things in his speech as the chief guest at the inauguration ceremony of the academic product 'Online Batch 2023', an initiative of the country's top e-learning platform "Ten Minute School" to provide online learning solutions for students of classes 6-10, at the Bangladesh Computer Council Auditorium on Tuesday.

The State Minister pointed out that Ten Minute School has been making an important contribution for the spread of non-discrimination education for the past 8 years and said that it is very important to learn mathematics, science as well as programming and coding to advance ourselves in the modern world. He urged the Ten Minute School concerned to train 6th to 12th standard students in programming and coding to produce 1 million programmers by 2025. Palak said that it is not possible to build a future smart Bangladesh without smart citizens. We have to fulfill the responsibility of developing the new generation as smart citizens for a smart Bangladesh. For that purpose, there will be an education festival in Chalon Beel from January 22 where maths, English and programming camps will be held. He also said that we want to replicate this same model across the country.
The state minister said that 13,000 educational institutions have Sheikh Russell Digital Labs in the country. If teachers are trained through Ten Minute School, they will become more proficient in digital teaching. It's the "domino effect."
It will work like this. By making the teachers efficient, the students will also become efficient. He suggested designing a course for teachers on the subject.
Later, the State Minister officially inaugurated the 'Online Batch 2023'.
It should be noted that in the online batch, students of 6th-10th class will be taught a total of 6 subjects. In class 6th-8th, the complete syllabus routine is arranged with 22 classes a month, 6 days a week. There will be a total of 40 classes in a month for classes 9-10 with 5 days a week. In routine plan complete syllabus will be completed in 8 months. After the completion of the syllabus students can do last minute preparation through revision and question solving classes.
There will be two teachers in each live class of online batch, one will take the class directly, the second will answer the students' various questions related to the topic. 30 minutes after the end of the class, there will be an opportunity to get answers to any questions by messaging the app. At the end of each live class, students will get the lecture sheet of that class and the recorded video of the live class. There will also be monthly parent exchange meetings.
