Earnik became known in the music world by singing a duet with Arifin Rumi with the words ‘Majhe Majhe Swapno Dekhi Abak Kono Raate’. The song got a lot of popularity about ten years ago. It was the second original song of Earnick’s life. Shafiq Tuhin wrote the song and Arifin Rumi wrote the music. Since then, 25 original songs have been released in her voice. Her first solo album ‘Boli Abar’ was released in 2016.
Meanwhile, Earnick has returned to being a master of ceremony after long three years through the three-day ‘Dhaka Lit Fest’, which will start at Bangla Academy from November 7.
Earnick said, “I like everyone's music. I like songs by all the talented artists of the country. My only dream is to have my name in the minds of my audience. I am going to host a programme after a long time. I like doing it.”
