In June last year, the Desh TV aired Shaheen Sarkar's serial drama 'Dulabhai Zindabad'. Al-Mansur, Fazlur Rahman Babu, AHM Hasan, Niloy Alamgir, Sharmin Joha Shashi, Monira Mithu, Tariq Swapan, Adhara Jahan, Dhi Giddha Shravan, Shafiq Khan Dilu, Milan, have played various roles in this drama along with Azad, Shelley Ahsan and many others.
Meanwhile, the shooting of the last lot of the drama has also ended at a shooting house in Pubail near the capital. The 159 episode serialized drama of the comedy genre will be coming to an end later this month. National Film Award winning actor Fazlur Rahman Babu played a central role in the play.
"We have played many other genres regularly in this drama," he said over the phone from Kolkata. “I received a special response from the audience for this play”, he added.
Another actor in the drama Niloy Alamgir said, "In the drama Dulabhai Zindabad, we all tried to work together as a family. Ending a serial drama means all the artists get upset because working together in a series of dramas for a long time creates a special kind of relationship. Ending the drama means not being connected in the same way as we did in the drama.”
