DU ‘Kha’ unit admission test today

The undergraduate 1st-year admission test of Dhaka University's Arts, Law, and Social Sciences unit, formerly known as the ‘Kha’ unit, for the academic session 2023–24 is going to be held today.

The one and a half hours test will start at 11 am. Out of this, 45 minutes have been allotted for the MCQ exam and 45 minutes for the written exam.

Dhaka University Vice-chancellor Prof. Dr ASM Maksud Kamal will visit the Social Sciences Faculty building's examination centre at 11:15 am, according to a press release issued by the Public Relations Office of the University on Thursday. The entry test is going to be held in 80 centres, including 14 centres outside Dhaka and 66 centres in Dhaka. The total number of seats in this unit is 2,944.

This year, a total of 2,85,805 candidates have applied for Dhaka University’s undergraduate 1st year admission test, excluding 120 aspirants who applied under the sports quota.

Among them, 1,12,279 aspirants have applied for the Arts, Law, and Social Sciences unit admission test. Professor Dr. Mostafizur Rahman, convener of the Dhaka University Online Admission Test Committee, gave the information.
