A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Dhaka University (DU) and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University (BSMRAAU) was signed on Sunday at the VC’s lounge of DU.
Treasurer of DU Prof. Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed and Registrar of BSMRAAU Air Commodore AKM Enayetul Kabir signed the MoU on behalf of their respective university.
Vice-Chancellor of DU Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman and Vice-Chancellor of BSMRAAU Air Vice Marshal Muhammed Nazrul Islam were present on this occasion.
According to the MoU, the two universities will exchange faculty members, researchers and students. They will share educational and research materials, publications and academic information. Besides, they will jointly organize conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops.
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman thanked the BSMRAAU authorities for signing the MoU and hoped that the teachers, students and researchers of these two universities would be highly benefited by this initiative.
