Dinajpur Superintendent of Police Mohammad Anwar Hossain withdrew DSB Constable Mohammad Fasiul Alam of Dinajpur's Fulbari Police Station to Dinajpur Police Lines on Wednesday noon.
He was withdrawn on charges of multiple irregularities and corruption including breach of discipline. According to sources, he had involvement with drug traffickers and played a controversial role during an anti-drug operation in Phulbari by RAB-13.
When contacted, DSB Constable Fasiul on mobile phone he said, “I know nothing! Suddenly I was withdrawn to the police lines on Wednesday”.
Meanwhile, the conscious community of Phulbari congratulated Dinajpur Superintendent of Police for withdrawing him.
