Rupganj Correspondent: Police have arrested drug dealer Morshed with Phensedyl-Yaba in Rupganj, Narayanganj. He was arrested with Phensedyl and Yaba from the Murapara area of the upazila late on Monday night. The arrested person, Morshed, is the son of Joynal of the Baniadi area of Murapara union.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Rupganj Police Station Tariqul Islam said that drug dealer Morshed had been selling Phensedyl and Yaba in the Baniadi area of the upazila and its surrounding areas for a long time. Even a video of his sale went viral on various social media.
On Monday night, based on a secret tip-off, a raid was conducted in the Murapara area and Rupganj's top drug dealer Morshed was arrested with 5 bottles of Phensedyl and 20 pieces of Yaba.
There are several drug cases against him in the Rupganj Police Station. Later on Tuesday afternoon, he was sent to the Narayanganj court.
