Dr. Mohammed Muradul Islam and Dr. Sumon Kumar Sen have been elected President and General Secretary of the 28th BCS (Health) Forum.
The election was held on Wednesday in Dhaka, the Forum said in a statement.
Some 549 out of 745 voters cast their ballots.
Dr. Murad, Dr. Sumon of the Gonotantrik Joy Bangla panel bagged 520 votes. The opposite panel got only 13 votes while 16 ballots were cancelled due to incomplete submission.
The 63 member committee will run for two-year till 2022.
