A 3 week-long workshop on ‘Teachers Training on Teaching, Research and Professional Development’ has began on Thursday at conference room of the Department of Pharmacy of Daffodil International University (DIU).
Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FAHS) of DIU organized the workshop for their faculty members. The workshop has been conducted by Professor Ahemd Mustafa, PhD, visiting professor, FAHS, DIU; Professor of Biology and Director of Life Science Resource Center, Purdue University, Fort Wayne, USA.
Professor Dr Yousuf M Islam, vice chancellor (VC), DIU inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest where Professor Dr S M Mahabub Ul-Haque Majumder, pro-VC was present as the special guest. The session was chaired by Professor Dr Ahmad Ismail Mustafa, dean Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. More than 40 faculty members of the different department of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences along with 30 registered participants attended the workshop.
